Associate Lawyer

A graduate of a Master’s degree (Master 2) in Business Law, Sihame joined the firm in March 2024 after specializing in insolvency and restructuring law through several internships with French and international law firms, both in France and abroad.

Today, Sihame assists distressed companies in the context of amicable and judicial proceedings, and also advises buyers in connection with business takeover plans.

Languages: French, English, Arabic.
