Associate Lawyer

Dan Auldridge joined Piotraut Giné Avocats in September 2025. He advises companies, their executives, and investors on mergers and acquisitions (acquisitions, disposals, and mergers), private equity transactions (including LBOs), and fundraising activities.

He also assists with corporate law matters related to transactions (capital operations, contributions, mergers, demergers), the structuring of management packages and incentive schemes (BSPCE, free shares), as well as the negotiation of transaction documentation (SPAs, GAPs, shareholders’ agreements, and governance arrangements).
